- Performs reference service to library users in all subject areas through email, consultations, the Research Advisory Program, virtual reference, and at library service desks.
- Provides support for electronic resources
- Develops and maintains web pages for the library website
- Participates in the library's instruction and information literacy program
- Reference liason for the Department of Geography and Planning and the Department of Government and Justice Studies
