Library Responsibilities

• Leading the Learning and Research Services team in setting customer service standards and effective workflow for student assistants, library staff, and library faculty members at public service desks,
• Supervising four desk services staff whose responsibilities include managing reference, circulation, and periodical functions and supervising student assistants
• Creating training materials for public service desk personnel
• Guiding the adoption and implementation of library policies and procedures
• Participating in the library’s instruction program, including classroom instruction and individual consultations both on and off-campus.
