Books : Available locally - ASU, Western or UNC-A - mailed to you:
- Search the combined catalog for ASU, Western and UNC-A (together the WNCLN ).
- Find the item you want - book, DVD, video, IMC item. Click the Request link. Follow the prompts.
- Within the "Choose a Pickup Location" box, choose: ASU Distance Learning
- The item will be mailed to your home address - free of charge with a postage-paid return label.

Books : Not available locally - mailed to you.
Use Interlibrary Loan's ILLiad system to request these books.
- Logon to ILLiad (If you are you a first time ILLiad user? Register first.)
- After logging in, you will see ILLiad's Main Menu. Under New Request find the Book option. Click on it.
- Complete the form. Submit Request when finished.
- The item will be mailed to your home address - free of charge with a postage-paid return label.

Articles - Web Delivery
Use Interlibrary Loan's ILLiad system to request articles not available in full-text. We find it, scan it and provide it via web delivery.
- You've searched an article database. Follow the Find @ ASU prompts.
- If no full-text is available follow the link, ILLiad - Article Request (ASU).
- You will be prompted to logon to ILLiad. (If you are a first time ILLiad user you will Register first.)
- Once you logon the article request form will be automatically populated with the article's citation. Submit the request.
- Remember you can check ILLiad's Main Menu option View - Outstanding Requests to check the progress of your order.
- You will receive an e-mail message indicating when the article is available and how to obtain it.
Optionally, if you have an article citation and you know we don't have it in full-text:
- Logon to ILLiad (If you are you a first time ILLiad user? Register first.)
- From ILLiad's Main Menu, click on Article under New Request.
- Complete the form. Click the Submit Request button when you are finished.
- Remember you can check ILLiad's Main Menu option View - Outstanding Requests to check the progress of your order.
- You will receive an e-mail message indicating when the article is available and how to obtain it.
