Databases are the abstract/index finding tools to discover what has been published in an area of research. Cancellations in this format were held to a minimum. The databases on the planned cancellation list have: high cost per use, very low use, and/or have a large overlap with a database that is not being canceled.

Appalachian will continue to have acccess to back issues of individual journals (published before 2012-2013) that are part of databases packaged listed below when we have purchased the content (rather than leased it).
