How to Book a Multimedia Room

Rooms may be booked for a specific time slot. Book a multimedia room at the Circulation Desk on the first floor or call the Circulation Desk at 262-2818. A room must be booked at least two hours before intended use. Check room availability in the library catalog.

How to Check Out a Multimedia Room

Go to the Circulation Desk on the first floor and check out a room key. Rooms may be checked out for 2 hours and may be renewed at the Circulation Desk.

Multimedia Room Policy

Belk Library has seven multimedia rooms on the second floor. These rooms are

• available for ASU students, faculty, and staff
• for viewing videos and DVDs
• for using a projector and smartboard
• not intended as regular classroom meeting space

Cancellations
Booked multimedia rooms may be cancelled if not claimed within five minutes of the beginning of the reserved time.

Overdue Fines
The overdue fine for multimedia rooms is $5.00 per hour. Partial hours are counted as full hours.
