Instructional Support

Librarians are available to visit your off-campus class in person or virtually:

  • Face-to-face at an off-site computer lab (when available)
  • Virtually in the AETZone
  • Online via the web conferencing software or in AsULearn
  • Delivered from an ASU campus distance learning classroom when a receiving site is available at the remote site
  • Occasionally, off-campus students inquire about coming to Belk Library for an instruction session -- small group or full class sessions can be arranged

Librarians can also provide instructional support in:

  • AsULearn by developing content, designing assignments, monitoring a research forum, and more
  • Assignment design by consulting with faculty to develop assignments that incorporate effective information literacy and critical thinking skills
  • Resource page design by developing research or course-specific guides
  • To schedule a library instruction session or to consult with a librarian for resource support, please complete and submit:
    Library Instruction Request Form.
