In Summer 2024, we welcomed Olivia Hoagland, a recent App State graduate, to the Libraries as the Art Curator for the Belk Library. The project is a much needed refresh to showcase some of the art we currently own.
Olivia played a pivotal role in revitalizing our art collection by both showcasing and strategically relocating pieces to enhance their visibility. Additionally, Olivia was instrumental in establishing a loan program agreement between The Turchin Center and the Plemmons Student Union.
We deeply appreciate the successful collaboration and partnerships that contributed to these achievements and are delighted with the outcome. Come by and see our new look.
