Emily Kader named Assistant Editor of the Appalachian Curator

Appalachian  Curator announced Emily Kader, Anne Belk Distinguished Professor and Curator for Distinctive Collections at Appalachian State,  as the Assistant Editor of the Appalachian Curator.  

The post said, "Not only does Emily bring her experience with Appalachian Studies and Appalachian archives to this position, she also can call on her experience with the Wake Forest University Press. We are delighted that she'll be working to publish the Curator."

The Appalachian Curator is a newsletter by and about special collections and archives that collect primary and secondary materials related to the Appalachian mountains. Our intended audience is scholars, students, researchers, archivists, librarians, and anyone else with an interest in resources that document Appalachia.
