"Library Cares" includes a series of events that Appalachian State University Libraries orchestrates every Fall and Spring semester to support students during the final exam period. Events will be held in the Belk Library and Information Commons, as well as the Nicholas Erneston Music Library (for what events are available in each location, please reference the schedule).
This Spring, Library Cares will be offering meditation sessions, food to refuel (including donuts, coffee [provided by the Wired Scholar], popcorn, fruit, and prepackaged snacks), therapy dog visits (sponsored by the Woof Pack Pet Services of Boone, NC), Makerspace crafts and other creative activities, and much more. Library Cares is scheduled for May 2nd, 4th-5th, as well as May 7th-8th. Times are detailed on the schedule.
