Library Faculty Attend the 95th Annual Music Library Association Conference

Jill Eller, Rebecca Shaw, and Shane Watson, and Associate Dean Veronica Wells,  recently attended the 95th Annual Music Library Association Conference. The meeting of the Music Library Association was held at the Hilton Salt Lake City Center in Salt Lake City, UT, from February 25-28, 2026, as a hybrid in-person and virtual meeting.

The Music Library Association is the professional association for music libraries and librarianship in the United States. Founded in 1931, it has an international membership of librarians, musicians, scholars, educators, and members of the book and music trades. Complementing the Association’s national and international activities are eleven regional chapters that carry out its programs on the local level.

Highlights of the conference included a tour of the Mormon Tabernacle and organ, the Salt Lake City Public Library, and many wonderful conversations with colleagues from across the country.
