Pam Mitchem has been appointed the Interim Associate Dean effective May 22, 2024. Pam currently serves as the coordinator of Digital Scholarship and Initiatives.
Pam's Associate Dean duties will be focused on faculty affairs and she will serve as the Department Chair for faculty. In this capacity she will preside over faculty meetings, attend APT meetings, help faculty implement the foundational documents and workload plans, review faculty portfolios and evaluations, and attend the Council of Chairs meetings.
We welcome Pam and are excited about her in this new role.
