About this service
Recognized faculty, staff, and student groups may request scheduling of this conference room when it is not in use by the library. Use of the conference room is contingent on abiding by the library’s policies. Notably, the room must be requested at least 4 weeks in advance for special events, and the room may be used for meetings and events only and not as a classroom.
- For special events, complete the Special Events Request Form and place a request for the room using the room booking system
- For meetings, use the room booking system to request the room
