All University Libraries locations have study rooms for small and medium-sized groups. Reservations are recommended.
- Access: Group study rooms are available for App State students, faculty, and staff. The study rooms are not locked and no key is required to access the rooms.
- Technology: Many study rooms have large screens that can be used with your laptop via HDMI connection or with the built-in PC. For details on the technology available in a particular room, choose the "info" link beside the room number in the reservation system.
- Usage: Study rooms are intended for use by two or more people for group study. They are not to be used as classrooms. You may use a group study room without a reservation unless someone has booked the room at the same time.
- Reservations: Study rooms are in high demand when classes are in session. You may hold only one reservation at a time. Maximum time is four hours. - Locations: See the library floor plans for help locating a particular study room.
- Cancellations: If you cannot honor your reservation, please cancel your room booking.
- Lost or stolen items: Do not leave personal items unattended. The University Libraries are not liable for lost or stolen items.
