Policy
During Fall & Spring semesters Belk Library & Information Commons is open 24 hours 5 days each week to meet the study and research needs of Appalachian students, staff, and faculty.
- All services provided by the library cease by 12 midnight.
- After 12 midnight the building is open only for App State students, staff, and faculty. Entrance to the building after 12 midnight is available by using the AppCard swipe system at the library exterior doors.
- Security officers check for AppCard identification beginning at 12 midnight. Card swipe access remains in force until 7:30 am weekdays.
- Operating hours as well as exceptions and summer hours can be found on the hours calendar.
