Many University Libraries spaces can be requested by recognized faculty, staff, and student groups for special events and meetings.
Room Requests for Special Events
Review the Special Events Policies & Procedures and check the listing for the particular space you want to reserve under Explore Spaces. Some spaces have special reservation processes and need to be requested at least 4 weeks in advance of the event.
Room Requests for Meetings
Library spaces can be requested for meetings without providing four weeks' notice.
Check the room schedule for availability and choose "Request reservation" under the space you want to reserve to find out more.
