Room Reservations
Several University Libraries spaces can be requested by recognized faculty, staff, and student groups for special events and meetings.
Room Requests for Special Events
Review the Special Events Policies & Procedures and check the reservation details for the space you want to reserve.
Some spaces have special reservation processes and need to be requested at least 4 weeks in advance of the event.
Room Requests for Meetings
Library spaces can be requested for meetings without providing four weeks’ notice.
Choose “Details & reservations” for any space to find out how to reserve it. Check availability on the room schedules page.
Reservable Spaces
Atrium
Group size: Large (10+)
- The Atrium is just inside the main entrance to Belk Library.
- Library approval is required for activities in the Atrium space.
- Email Andrea Stevens to request use of the Atrium.
Conference Room (421)
Group size: Large (10+)
- Faculty, staff, and student groups may request for meetings and events.
- Four weeks’ notice is required for special events but not for meetings (see policy)
Lecture Hall (114)
Group size: Large (10+)
- For meetings and events by recognized faculty, staff, and student groups
- Reserved for classes until 5pm on weekdays during the semester
- Request a reservation using 25Live.
- Four weeks’ notice is required for special events but not for meetings.
Study Rooms
Group size: Small (2-9)
- Reservations recommended but not required
