The University Libraries hosted Library Finals Fest December 1 - 10, 2025 to help our students destress and take time to have fun during finals week. The Libraries offered over 30 events at our 3 campus libraries and hosted well over 160 students even though inclement weather forced the cancellation of events on Monday, December 8. A special thank you to our committee, volunteers and committee chair, Dusty Ross.
Our most popular day was the visit from Trinket the Therapy Horse on our last day.
“I’m just grateful for the opportunity to decompress and relax before hitting the books again, said Andie Combs, Public Relations major. Trinket is so soft and so fun! How many times do you get the chance to interact with a miniature pony. The Libraries are a great resource during stressful times.”
