  • Participated in the library’s instruction and information literacy programs
  • Served as a liaison for the library’s instruction/information literacy and reference services to students and faculty in the departments of English and Recreation Management and Physical Education
  • Provided reference assistance to library users through chat, one-on-one consultations/RAP sessions, e-mail, and AsULearn
