- USA PATRIOT Act
Acting within the guidelines of Appalachian State University’s Policy Statement on the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, Appalachian State University Libraries will not release the details of a student’s library bill to a third party without the explicit written permission of the student.
