About this service

The lecture hall is reserved for classes before 5:00 p.m. on weekdays during the semester. After that, recognized faculty, staff, and student groups may request scheduling.

Use of the lecture hall is contingent on abiding by the library’s policiesNotably, the room must be requested at least four weeks in advance for speical events, and the room may be used for meetings and events only and not as a classroom
